Job summary

Binghatti, a premier UAE real estate brand, seeks an experienced HRIS Specialist to manage data integrity across HR systems. You will cleanse and maintain employee records, enforce data quality standards, and support payroll, benefits, and reporting with secure data handling.

The role requires 5+ years in HRIS, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and proficiency with SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, Workday, or Zoho. Dubai-based, on-site position with growth in analytics and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, IS or related field.
• 5+ years HRIS administration experience.

Responsibilities

• Data cleansing, quality audits, and maintenance of HR records in HRIS.
• Define data quality standards and periodic cleansing cycles.
• Accurate data entry for employee master data, job changes, and compensation details.
• Configure, test, and maintain HRIS modules, workflows, and user access.
• Prepare HR reports and dashboards (headcount, turnover, comp).
• Ensure data security, privacy compliance, and access governance.
• Identify opportunities to automate HR data processes and provide user training.
