Job summary

Oasis Investment Company in Dubai seeks a senior SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central specialist to lead global HR system implementation for 15,000+ employees.

You will drive legacy data migration from Oracle EBS HR, configure MDF, RBPs, and Foundation Objects, and coordinate integrations with SAP Payroll, S/4HANA Cloud, and SAP Integration Suite.

The role emphasizes process transformation, UAT leadership, and end-user training across multi-entity organizations.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of hands-on HR technology experience.
• 5+ years in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central with multiple full lifecycle implementations.
• Proven experience migrating HR processes and data from Oracle EBS to SAP SuccessFactors.
• Experience in large enterprises or conglomerates (>10,000 employees).
• Certified in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (Core).
• Familiarity with XML data models (SDM, CSF), Business Rules Engine, MDF, and RBP.

Responsibilities

• Lead system implementation and data migration for 15,000+ employees across entities.
• Configure Foundation Objects, MDF, Business Rules, Picklists, and Custom Fields; manage Position Management and RMBP.
• Coordinate integrations with SF EC, SAP Payroll Processing, and S/4HANA Cloud via SAP Integration Suite; align with SF Time Tracking, Learning, Performance & Goals, and SmartRecruiters.
• Lead UAT, cutover, hypercare, and end-user adoption training.
