Graystone Capital is seeking an experienced HR Specialist to manage the full HR function for its Dubai office. The role supports recruitment, payroll coordination, compliance, and employee lifecycle administration.

You will handle onboarding, contracts, visa processes, and policy updates, while ensuring strict confidentiality and adherence to UAE regulations. Fluency in Arabic and English is required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Fluency in Arabic and English; Arabic is mandatory.
• 3-5 years of HR generalist experience, preferably in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, MOHRE regulations, WPS, and visa procedures.
• HRMS/HRIS experience is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Manage recruitment from sourcing and screening through interviews and job offers
• Prepare employment contracts and HR documentation in line with UAE Labour Law
• Coordinate visa processing, labour cards, Emirates ID applications, and medical insurance
• Ensure compliance with MOHRE, WPS, and other statutory employment requirements
• Manage onboarding, employee records, attendance, and leave administration
• Support monthly payroll and coordinate with the Finance team
• Develop and update HR policies and the employee handbook
• Oversee performance management, training, and employee relations
• Plan and implement employee-engagement initiatives

Role Overview

The successful candidate must be fluent in Arabic and English and have strong knowledge of UAE HR practices, including UAE Labour Law, MOHRE requirements, WPS, visa procedures, and statutory employment compliance.
