Job summary

9E Global Engineering Consultants LLC seeks an experienced Project Engineer/PM to manage a portfolio of projects in the UAE. The role requires leading multidisciplinary teams, liaising with clients and design teams, and ensuring QA/HSE compliance throughout project delivery.

The candidate should have 13 years in the field, be a Graduate Engineer in Electrical Engineering, and Chartered status is advantageous. Middle East project experience is highly preferred for this position.

Responsibilities

• Support business development by winning new clients and strengthening existing relationships.
• Act as ambassador for the company and build relationships with Clients, Architects, and stakeholders.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver client solutions and manage project resources.
• Present to clients, contribute to proposals, support fee negotiations, and identify opportunities for additional services.
• Ensure QA policies, HSE compliance, and regulatory requirements are met.

Job description

Support in winning business and developing new clients, while strengthening relationships with existing clients.

Actively contribute to project interviews, proposals, and presentations.

ProjectRole

• Responsible for managing a portfolio of projects as Project Manager, reporting to an Associate Director or Director. On complex projects, may act as the primary client contact under senior supervision.
• Be able to lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver client solutions.
• Be commercially aware and proactive in managing project performance.
• Be experienced and competent in: Presenting to clients, Preparing and contributing to project proposals, Supporting fee negotiations and identifying opportunities for additional services, Planning and managing project resources, Constructing project teams (internal and external), Managing project timelines and deliverables
• Liaising with clients, design teams, contractors, and authorities.
• Ensuring QA policies, HSE and regulatory requirements are met.

• Understand, implement andfollow 9E QHSE policies.
• Implement and coordinate QHSEprocedures in your workplace.
• Comply with local regulatoryauthority guidelines and laws pertaining to QHSE.
• Report any QHSE incidentsimmediately to 9E QHSE Dept. and to legal authorities if required.
• Abide Client/Contractor QHSErequirements and acquire site induction before mobilizing at sites.
