Job summary

Tanqeeb seeks a seasoned Mechanical/Building Services Engineer with 12+ years of experience for project leadership in the UAE. You will manage a portfolio of building services projects, lead multidisciplinary teams, and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.

Experience in the Middle East is highly preferred. You will contribute to interviews, proposals, and presentations while ensuring QA and HSE compliance across all projects.

Qualifications

• Qualified engineer in Mechanical/Building Services with 12+ years experience.
• Master's degree or Chartered status is a plus.
• Middle East project experience highly preferred.
• Ambassador for the company; build relationships with clients, architects and stakeholders.
• Contribute to project interviews, proposals, and presentations.
• Project Manager responsible for portfolio of projects; reports to Associate Director/Director.
• On complex projects may act as primary client contact under senior supervision.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams; ensure delivery, profitability and quality.
• Understand QA, HSE, and regulatory requirements; mentor junior engineers.

Qualifications

Qualified graduated engineer in Mechanical/ Building Services Engineering with minimum 12 years of experience. Masters Degree/Chartered Engineering status is a plus. Experience in Middle East projects will be highly preferred. Business Development Support in winning business and developing new clients, while strengthening relationships with existing clients. Abide Client/Contractor QHSE requirements and acquire site induction before mobilizing at sites.
