Job summary

MMEC Mannesmann LLC in Abu Dhabi seeks an experienced HR professional to lead human resources operations in the oil and gas sector. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 10 years of relevant experience, with strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR processes.

You will manage recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, HR documentation, and personnel matters while ensuring compliance and accurate reporting. CHRP/CHRM certifications are highly preferred for this position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Min 10 years experience within the Oil & Gas, EPC, or industrial sector is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, HR administration, and UAE Labour Law.
• Experience handling employee records, HR documentation, employment contracts, and personnel matters.
• Professional communication, coordination , and report skills.
• CHRP, CHRM, or other recognized HR certifications are highly preferred.
