Job summary

Job description

To provide effective human resources support by implementing HR policies and procedures, coordinating recruitment and onboarding, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with applicable labour laws and regulations, while fostering a positive, inclusive, and productive work environment.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or a relevant discipline
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with employee from diverse nationalities and cultural backgrounds.
• Strong people skills, with the ability to motivate, support, and build positive working relationships with employees.
• Ability to work flexibly and efficiently in a time-sensitive environment, managing high workloads and responding effectively to operational demands, events, and emergencies.

Essential Experiences

• Minimum of 2 years of HR experience in the UAE, preferably within a similar industry.
• Experience in managing day-to-day operations, employee documentation and HR processes with a good understanding of UAE Labour law.
• Experience in delivering HR inductions, employee training, and awareness sessions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, for documentation, data management, reporting, and presentation preparation.
