Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end management support.
• Serve as expert for on-site outsourced staff for day-to-day operations and queries.
• Update databases daily; ensure 100% conformity with UAE Labour legislation and internal processes.
• Manage onboarding/offboarding administration; prepare revival/expansion rates for agreements.
• Coordinate with HR admins, PRO, payroll, Account Manager and Branch Supervisor.
• Assist recruitment needs and liaise with sourcing team.
• Prepare letters such as NOC and wage certificates.
