Job summary

Markai is seeking a proactive recruiter based in the UAE to source and screen candidates for UAE banking sales roles, coordinating interviews and delivering a positive candidate experience.

You will post jobs, maintain candidate trackers, and support the HR team while meeting monthly hiring targets in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in Arabic is mandatory for this role.

The ideal candidate has an active UAE network and a proven track record of filling banking sales roles on time.

Qualifications

• Arabic speaking is mandatory and candidates must be based in the UAE.
• Minimum 1–2 years of recruiting experience in UAE banking/sales sectors.
• Strong network within the UAE banking industry and proven target delivery.

Job description

Source and screen qualified candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals and other recruitment channels. Meet and exceed assigned monthly hiring targets in a fast-paced environment. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers ensuring timely follow-ups. Maintain accurate candidate databases, recruitment trackers and hiring reports. Support the creation and posting of job advertisements and engaging recruitment content. Assist the HR and recruitment team with day-to-day hiring activities and operational requirements. Deliver a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Arabic speaking is mandatory. Candidates must be currently based in the UAE and available for face-to-face interviews. Minimum 1–2 years of experience in recruiting for UAE banking sales roles. Strong and active network of candidates within the UAE banking industry. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding recruitment targets in the UAE banking sector.
