Job summary

Markai is seeking a proactive recruiter based in the UAE to source and screen candidates for UAE banking sales roles, coordinating interviews and delivering a positive candidate experience.

You will post jobs, maintain candidate trackers, and support the HR team while meeting monthly hiring targets in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in Arabic is mandatory for this role.

The ideal candidate has an active UAE network and a proven track record of filling banking sales roles on time.

Qualifications

• Arabic speaking is mandatory and candidates must be based in the UAE.
• Minimum 1–2 years of recruiting experience in UAE banking/sales sectors.
• Strong network within the UAE banking industry and proven target delivery.

Responsibilities

• Source and screen qualified candidates via portals, LinkedIn and referrals.
• Meet monthly hiring targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers with timely follow-ups.
• Maintain candidate databases, trackers and hiring reports.
• Assist with creating and posting job advertisements and recruitment content.
• Deliver a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the lifecycle.
