Job summary

Foreground LLC, in partnership with a large-scale conglomerate in Sharjah, seeks a seasoned Head of HR Operations to redesign and standardize employee services across multiple entities. The role is strategic, focusing on governance, digital enablement, and a reliable payroll and records backbone.

You will lead HR services, ensure UAE labor compliance, implement an HRMS, and build capability from the ground up.

Qualifications

• 12 years of progressive HR experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role overseeing HR operations.
• Experience in multi-entity environments spanning logistics, trading, or industrial services.
• Proven ability to implement or re-engineer HR systems and policies during internal transformation.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field; HR certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor regulations, visa processes, WPS, EOSB.

Responsibilities

• Rebuild and lead the HR Operations function with KPIs, escalation protocols, and audit-ready documentation.
• Oversee payroll processing for 1500 employees, file management, visa and PRO services, EOSB and benefits administration.
• Map and standardize the employee lifecycle across business units for consistency and UAE compliance.
• Collaborate with HRIS vendors and IT to select and implement a fit-for-purpose HRMS with automation and employee self-service.
• Lead a growing HR Services team and develop a shared services model.
• Introduce SOPs, workflows, SLAs, and data dashboards across HR operations.
• Coordinate with legal, finance, and external auditors to ensure payroll governance and WPS documentation integrity.
• Develop and maintain a single source of truth for HR records for analytics and decision-making.
