Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma; diploma/bachelor’s in HR or related field preferred.
• Experience: 0–2 years in HR support, administration, or office coordination; fresh graduates welcome.
• Nationality: UAE National only.
• Knowledge of HR practices and administrative procedures.
• Proficient in MS Office and documentation management.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day HR operations including employee documentation and records management.
• Coordinate onboarding processes, prepare files and orientation arrangements.
• Maintain HR databases and employee records for accuracy and compliance.
• Assist in preparing HR letters and employment certificates.
• Track attendance, leaves, and HR documentation under supervision.
• Coordinate with internal departments on HR requirements and admin tasks.
• Assist recruitment by scheduling interviews and handling candidate communications.
• Prepare HR reports and workforce documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE labor regulations.
