Job summary

GMG in Dubai seeks an Assistant Manager of HR Operations to oversee daily HR services, onboarding, data management, benefits and contract administration. You will ensure UAE labor law compliance and partner with payroll and recruitment to deliver seamless HR service.

The role focuses on process improvements, HRIS stewardship (SAP SuccessFactors) and strong leadership to drive best practices across HR operations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in HR operations or employee services.
• At least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Experience with HRIS platforms (SAP SuccessFactors) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day HR operations and employee services.
• Manage onboarding, data management, offboarding and compliance.
• Drive process improvements to increase efficiency and automation.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and internal policies.
• Handle HRIS data maintenance and reporting in SAP SuccessFactors.
• Coordinate with payroll, recruitment and talent management teams.
