Job summary

Hilton Dubai Palm Jumeirah is seeking a Human Resources Executive to coordinate department activities and provide clerical support to management. You will handle communications, mail, phone inquiries, and serve internal and external guests with professionalism.

The role requires excellent communication, a positive attitude, flexibility, and the ability to work under pressure, with strong MS Office and Outlook skills. Experience in hospitality HR is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects and activities and provide clerical support to department management
• Maintain communication with departments involved in assigned projects/activities
• Route mail, faxes and packages; greet guests and assist with requests
• Write correspondence on behalf of the department; manage filing system and office supplies
• Answer phone, deliver emails and assist internal/external guests
• Attend mandatory meetings and follow safety procedures
• Keep work area clean and organized; maintain good inter-department relations
