Job summary

NADIA Recruitment & Management Consultants is seeking a proactive HR Officer to manage end-to-end HR functions in a fast-paced marine and logistics environment in Dubai. You will handle recruitment, payroll coordination, employee relations, and compliance with UAE Labour Law.

The role requires 2–5 years of UAE HR experience, strong communication, and proficiency in MS Office and HRIS. Join a dynamic team and support daily operations across the organisation.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of UAE HR experience, familiarity with local labour laws.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; ability to handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding).
• Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation.
• Handle visa processing, renewals, and cancellations.
• Assist in payroll preparation and coordinate with finance.
• Ensure compliance with Labour Law and company policies.
• Address employee grievances and support performance management.
• Prepare HR reports (attendance, leave, headcount, etc.).
• Coordinate with PRO for government-related processes.
