Sundus in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced HR Officer to deliver employee relations, payroll support, and HR operations across the employee lifecycle.

You will manage master data in SAP HR/HCM, support payroll, benefits, leave, and EOSB calculations, and assist in onboarding to ensure accurate records and compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in HR roles.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience with SAP HR/HCM.
• Experience in payroll processing and benefits administration.

Responsabilités

• Handle day-to-day Employee Relations (ER) activities and address employee requests in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Manage and maintain employee master data in SAP HR/HCM, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
• Support monthly payroll processing, payroll administration, and related employee queries.
• Manage employee time, attendance, leave, absence, and other HR administration activities.
• Handle pension administration, including employee additions, terminations, and related transactions.
• Administer employee health and life insurance, including enrolments, amendments, and cancellations.
• Support employee exit management, including End of Service Benefits (EOSB) calculations and final settlements.
• Process employee-related requests such as salary advances, education assistance, and off-cycle payments.
• Prepare employee letters, HR reports, monthly SLA reports, and audit-related reports using SAP.
• Provide support for onboarding, employee lifecycle activities, and other HR operational requirements.

Job Summary

The Human Capital Officer is responsible for providing comprehensive employee relations, payroll support, employee administration, and HR operational services. The role ensures accurate employee data management, timely payroll and pension processing, effective administration of employee benefits, and compliance with company policies, procedures, and service level requirements.
