Job summary

Boutique Michl1 in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead our people function. You will manage the full employee lifecycle from recruitment to retention, and help build a positive, high-performing workplace culture.

The role requires strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, HRIS and payroll experience, and the ability to drive Emiratisation and reporting. Arabic language skills are a strong advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business or related field.
• CIPD/SHRM or equivalent certification preferred.
• 5+ years HR experience with at least 2 years in management.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR practices.
• Experience with HRIS and payroll systems.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Arabic language a strong advantage.
• UAE/GCC experience preferred.
