Job summary

We are looking for an experienced freelancer to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate should be well versed in all aspects of Human Resource Management, including recruitment, training and development, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations and labor law.

In this role you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day HR operations and providing support to the department’s management team. You should be highly organized with excellent communication skills to ensure a smooth running of the HR department.

The successful candidate will have a sound understanding of HR best practices and procedures. We are looking for someone who is creative and has strong negotiation skills to ensure successful deals with our partners. A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field is desired but not mandatory.

We offer a competitive salary package of 1100 AED per month to the right candidate. We are also open to considering applicants from abroad who have relevant experience in this area.
