Job summary

Windmills Group is seeking an HR Manager to lead the HR function in the UAE, partnering with senior management to align workforce planning with business goals. You will manage recruitment, performance, compensation, and employee engagement across three offices, while driving HR technology and compliance.

The role emphasizes visa and immigration processes, UAE Labour Law compliance, and building a cross-office people platform, with a focus on talent acquisition and talent development.

Qualifications

• 7 years HR experience in UAE, incl. 2+ years in a Managerial/Senior Generalist role
• Master's degree in HR, Law, Business Administration or related field
• HR certification is a strong plus (CIPD/SHRM-CP/PHRi)

Responsibilities

• Act as HR product owner for internal systems (recruitment, HR staff, employee management, leave modules)
• Manage full visa lifecycle and related immigration formalities with relevant authorities
• Ensure contracts and policies comply with UAE Labour Law; advise management on disciplinary matters
• Lead recruitment across roles; build a strong talent pipeline
• Oversee onboarding/offboarding, retention initiatives, and HR reporting
