Job summary

Rise Up Holding in Dubai is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead end-to-end HR operations, including payroll under WPS, recruitment, onboarding, and HR compliance. The role requires immediate or short-notice joining and a strong UAE background.

You will oversee visa processes, MOHRE procedures, employee records, and HR reporting to support business growth in a dynamic market sector.

Qualifications

• Proven HR experience in the UAE.
• Hands-on payroll and WPS experience.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and MOHRE procedures.
• Experience recruiting for multiple positions simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll processes and ensure compliance with WPS.
• Lead recruitment activities including sourcing, selection, and onboarding.
• Handle employee onboarding, offboarding, documentation, and HR administration.
• Coordinate visa applications, work permits, Emirates ID, and medical insurance processes.
• Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR policies in line with UAE Labour Law.
• Manage leave, attendance, and end-of-service benefit calculations.
• Serve as the first point of contact for employee relations and HR-related queries.
• Support performance management processes and prepare HR reports.
