You will support recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and training coordination, while maintaining accurate HR records and ensuring confidentiality. The position requires a Bachelor's degree in HR and at least three years UAE experience, ideally in real estate, with excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• Strong understanding of MOHRE regulations, UAE labour law, and employee relations.
• At least 3 years of local UAE HR experience, preferably in real estate.
• Strong HR functions and processes knowledge.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and HR software.
• Experience with WPS payroll and employee relations.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Arabic speaker preferred.
