We seek a proactive professional with 3‑5 years of IT/Software or service industry experience, MBA in HR or equivalent, and solid knowledge of payroll, onboarding, and statutory compliance. This full-time, on-site role offers AED 4,000–7,000 monthly.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years HR experience, IT/Software or Service industry preferred.
• MBA in HR or BE/B.Tech/MCA or equivalent.
• Solid understanding of payroll, onboarding, and UAE labor/compliance context.

Responsibilities

• Manage and update employment records (hiring, transfers, promotions, terminations).
• Communicate HR policies, procedures, labor laws, and company standards to employees.
• Ensure new hire onboarding is completed and all necessary documentation is processed.
• Clearly communicate job responsibilities, working conditions, schedules, benefits, and promotion opportunities to applicants.
• Address and resolve employee relations matters such as grievances or workplace concerns.
• Process personnel action forms with proper approval workflow.
• Oversee the recruitment lifecycle - job postings, resume screening, interviews, reference checks.
