We're recruiting an HR Manager to join our client organization, a well-established company operating in the Food and Beverage (F&B) Retail industry in Dubai, UAE.

About Our Client

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives
• Oversee workforce planning, organizational design, and talent management
• Ensure that HR policies and initiatives align with current business trends and operational requirements
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process
• Review and design compensation and benefits structures
• Conduct regular benchmarking and market analysis to ensure competitive compensation practices
• Implement and manage effective performance management systems
• Oversee the entire payroll process, ensuring timely and accurate salary disbursements, deductions, and compliance with the Wage Protection System (WPS)
• Ensure the timely renewal of all company licenses
• Manage all immigration processes, including visa applications, renewals, and cancellations
• Administer medical insurance, life insurance, and workmen’s compensation policies
• Monitor and maintain ERP and HRMS systems and manage the Employee Self-Service (ESS) portal
• Generate real-time reports on HR metrics, including headcount, employee attrition, and payroll

Requirements

• Hold a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management
• Possess a CIPD Level 5 qualification
• Have a minimum of 10–15 years of experience in HR management within the F&B or retail sectors
• Demonstrate expertise in payroll management, ERP systems, insurance management, and employee relations
• Have a proven track record of designing compensation and benefits programmes and managing HR digital transformation projects
