Black & Grey HR is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead people strategy for a well-established contracting company in the UAE. You will oversee recruitment, payroll, compliance, and employee relations across site and office staff, driving alignment with business goals.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in HR, 3+ years in management, and hands-on experience in construction or infrastructure sectors, with proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Zoho People/Recruit.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• HR certification (SHRM, PHR, CIPD) preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of HR experience, with 3+ years in a managerial role.
• Mandatory: Experience in Construction, Contracting, or Infrastructure industry.
• Mandatory: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Zoho (People & Recruit).
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and compliance.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
