Job summary

Black & Grey HR is recruiting a seasoned HR Manager for a well-established contracting company in Dubai. The role leads people strategy and supports a growing workforce, with oversight of recruitment, performance, compliance, payroll, and HR data systems.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years in HR, 3+ years in management, construction industry experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Zoho suite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• HR certification (SHRM, PHR, CIPD) preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of HR experience, with 3+ years in a managerial role.
• Mandatory: experience in Construction, Contracting, or Infrastructure industry.
• Mandatory: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Zoho (People & Recruit).
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for site and office staff.
• Oversee performance management, employee relations, and grievance handling.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and construction regulations.
• Manage payroll, compensation, and benefits administration.
• Utilize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central for HR data, payroll integration, and reporting.
• Manage recruitment and employee records via Zoho Recruit and Zoho People.
• Identify training needs and coordinate development programs.
