Job summary

Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a seasoned HR Manager to lead people strategy for a well-established contracting company in Dubai. You will oversee recruitment, payroll, benefits, and compliance across large workforces in the construction sector.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in HR, with 3+ in management, and experience in construction. Proficiency in Dynamics 365 Business Central and Zoho People/Recruit is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
• HR certification is preferred (SHRM, PHR or CIPD).
• 8+ years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Mandatory: Experience in construction, contracting or infrastructure.
• Mandatory: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Zoho (People & Recruit).
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and compliance.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for site and office staff.
• Oversee performance management, employee relations and grievance handling.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and construction regulations.
• Manage payroll, compensation and benefits administration.
• Utilize Business Central for HR data, payroll integration and reporting.
• Manage recruitment and employee records via Zoho Recruit and Zoho People.
• Identify training needs and coordinate development programs.
