Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled in a university or a recent graduate of a relevant university degree
• Demonstrated Intermediate level - Microsoft Office applications
• Previous use of learning management software systems is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Provide a welcoming and professional HR support presence by greeting colleagues, handling queries and calls, and maintaining confidential information with discretion.
• Support the recruitment and onboarding processes and guiding new hires through the induction program.
• Maintain accurate HR records and systems by updating HRMS (Oracle), filing documentation, and communicating new joiner information to relevant departments.
• Support HR operations and administration tasks and assisting with colleague engagement events.
• Drive process improvement and collaboration by contributing ideas, coordinating across departments, and ensuring compliance with company policies, health, safety, and security regulations.
• Professional development and contribution by taking ownership of personal learning, assisting in special HR projects, and delivering high-quality service to all internal and external stakeholders.
