Qualifications

• A few years of luxury hospitality experience in a similar role is required.
• BSc in Hospitality or relevant field from an accredited university.
• Intermediate or advanced software competencies in Microsoft Office.

• Delegate tasks and coach colleagues to achieve results.
• Oversee the maintenance and configuration of the Opera system.
• Analyze Guest Satisfaction Reports for service improvement.
