Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Interest in gaining practical HR experience across functions.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, and maintaining personnel records.
• Participate in employee engagement initiatives and events to foster a positive workplace culture.
• Collaborate with HR team on policy development and compliance projects.
• Support recruitment by posting openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
• Assist in development of sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
• Engage with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Contribute to planning and executing training programs for employees at various levels.
• Assist in creating training materials and resources and coordinating development sessions.
• Address employee inquiries related to payroll and benefits.
• Support Total Rewards in payroll policy development and enhancements.
