Job summary

The Luxury Collection is seeking an HR Assistant to join our team in Ajman. The role involves assisting management with HR issues, coordinating hiring processes, and maintaining employee records.

You will support drug screens, background checks, orientation, and onboarding activities while helping ensure compliance with relevant laws and company policies. Excellent communication and confidentiality are essential in this on-site position.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist and support management with handling HR issues.
• Coordinate and conduct applicant drug screens, reference checks, and background checks.
• Maintain applicant flow, logs, and new hire files in HRIS.
• Assist with orientation and onboarding of new employees.
• Support payroll record processing and related HR procedures.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws and company policies.
