Key Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
• Handle payroll coordination and ensure accurate employee salary processing
• Manage WPS (Wage Protection System) processes and related documentation
• Support complete employee lifecycle activities from hiring to employee separation
• Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with company policies and UAE Labour Law
• Coordinate with departments to fulfill manpower requirements
• Support HR operations and provide administrative assistance as required

Requirements

• 3-5 years of HR experience with strong hands-on experience in recruitment and payroll
• Experience hiring for agriculture or farming-related positions is highly preferred
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law is mandatory
• Hands-on experience with WPS (Wage Protection System) is mandatory
