Role Overview

H2R Design is hiring a dynamic and experienced HR Executive / HR Specialist to manage key human resources functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, HR administration, and compliance. The ideal candidate will partner with management to drive HR initiatives and enhance employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
• Handle employee relations matters and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures
• Support payroll, attendance, leave management, and benefits administration
• Coordinate employee engagement, training, and development programs
• Assist with performance management and talent development initiatives
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies
• Prepare HR reports, employment contracts, letters, and other HR documentation
• Support organizational development and workforce planning activities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
• Minimum 2-5 years of HR experience, preferably in F&B, Hospitality, Retail, or Service Industry
• Strong knowledge of HR operations and UAE labor law
• Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• CHRP, CHRM, CIPD, or equivalent HR certification
• Experience handling high-volume recruitment
• Knowledge of payroll and employee benefits administration
