Qualifications

• 3-5 years of HR experience with hands-on recruitment and payroll.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment activities from sourcing to onboarding.
• Coordinate payroll processing and ensure accuracy.
• Manage Wage Protection System (WPS) processes and documentation.
• Support end-to-end employee lifecycle from hiring to separation.
• Maintain HR records and ensure UAE Labour Law compliance.
• Coordinate with departments to fulfill manpower requirements.
• Provide HR administration support as needed.
