ARAKKAL GOLD & DIAMONDS L.L.C is seeking an experienced HR leader to drive and manage the full HR function in Dubai. You will oversee recruitment, payroll, employee relations, and compliance with UAE Labour Law, MOHRE, and WPS, while handling workforce planning and HR operations.
The role requires 5+ years of HR experience, strong Excel and HRIS skills, and the ability to manage a multicultural team in a retail-focused environment. Lead the HR team and ensure seamless HR service delivery.
We are looking for an experienced HR to lead and manage the company's complete HR function, including recruitment, HR operations, payroll, employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, and UAE labour-law compliance.
Manage the end-to-end HR operations of the organization.
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures and SOPs.
Handle manpower planning, recruitment, selection and onboarding.
Manage employee lifecycle activities including joining, probation, confirmation, promotion, transfer, resignation and termination.
Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, MOHRE regulations and WPS requirements.
Prepare monthly payroll(excel is benefit), attendance, leave, overtime, deductions and salary processing.
Manage employee grievances, disciplinary actions, investigations and workplace conflicts.
Coordinate visa, work permit, Emirates ID and other employee-related formalities with PRO/management.
Manage final settlements, leave salary and end-of-service benefits.
Monitor employee attendance, absenteeism, turnover and manpower costs.
Coordinate employee medical insurance and other benefits.
Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR databases.
Support management in workforce planning, organizational development and employee engagement.
Conduct HR audits and ensure proper documentation and compliance.
Manage HR-related communication with employees and management.
Develop recruitment strategies to attract and retain suitable talent.
Lead and support the HR team and ensure effective HR service delivery.
MBA-HUMAN RESOURCES
5+ years of HR experience, preferably with UAE experience.
Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, MOHRE, WPS and HR compliance.
Experience in recruitment, payroll, employee relations and HR operations.
Strong knowledge of MS Excel, HRMS/ERP systems and HR reporting.
Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage a multicultural workforce.
Experience in retail is an advantage
