Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented General HR Executive 360 Role to manage end-to-end HR operations with a strong focus on performance management, payroll processing, compensation and benefits as well as employee engagement activities. This role will support the complete employee lifecycle and ensure HR operational excellence, compliance and a positive employee experience across Dubai, India and Mexico. The ideal candidate will combine strong HR generalist expertise with analytical thinking, people‑centric mindset, and the ability to operate in a fast‑paced, multi‑country environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the complete performance review cycle, including goal setting, mid‑year reviews, annual appraisals and performance improvement plans.
- Support managers and employees on KPIs, appraisal processes and performance documentation.
- Consolidate performance data and prepare appraisal summaries, reports and insights for management.
- Handle end‑to‑end payroll processing in coordination with finance and payroll vendors, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
- Manage payroll inputs such as attendance, leave, overtime, incentives, deductions and allowances.
- Support annual salary increments, promotions and compensation review processes based on performance outcomes.
- Prepare compensation analysis, increment proposals and cost‑impact reports.
- Administer employee benefits, insurance, leave policies, reimbursements and incentive programs.
- Plan, coordinate and execute employee engagement initiatives including events, celebrations, recognition programs and internal communications.
- Conduct employee feedback surveys and engagement activities, analyze results and recommend improvement actions.
- Manage employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, promotions and exits.
- Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation and HRIS data with strict confidentiality.
- Handle employee queries, grievances and provide first‑level HR support.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, company policies and HR procedures across operating regions.
- Support HR audits, internal reviews and reporting requirements.
- Assist with recruitment coordination and HR projects as required.
Qualifications
- 2–6 years of experience in a generalist HR role with hands‑on exposure to performance management, payroll and compensation processes.
- Proven experience managing end‑to‑end HR operations and employee lifecycle activities.
- Good working knowledge of labour laws and HR compliance (UAE experience preferred; multi‑country exposure is an advantage).
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- MBA in HR or HR certification is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical, reporting and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS/Payroll systems (Zoho People experience preferred).
- High level of attention to detail, confidentiality and professionalism.
- Strong communication, coordination and time‑management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
