Newcom is seeking an HR & Talent Intern in Dubai for a 3–6 month period, with potential extension. The role supports employee lifecycle initiatives from recruitment through retention and works closely with the HR Manager.

Responsibilities include recruitment assessment support, university partnerships, data analysis for talent initiatives, HR data maintenance, and automation tooling to reduce manual tasks. Monthly stipend offered in Dubai, UAE.

Formación

• Final-year student or MBA candidate pursuing HR/OB/psychology or related field.
• Experience using AI tools to research, synthesize, and draft content.
• Ability to validate AI outputs against primary sources.
• Discretion with confidential information.
• Proficiency in Canva for professional presentations.
• Strong structured thinking and communication skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and multitasking capability.

Responsabilidades

• Assist recruitment tools development, screening, and interview logistics.
• Support university partnerships and campus recruitment activities.
• Gather data baselines and analyze talent initiatives.
• Maintain HR trackers and document employee lifecycle processes.
• Support deployment of workflow automation to reduce manual work.
