Job summary

Parisima Talent is seeking an HR Coordinator in Dubai to assist in recruitment activities, manage candidate communications, and ensure smooth onboarding. You will maintain employee records in compliance with UAE labor laws and support HR policy implementation.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, has at least 2 years of UAE HR experience, and is UAE National. Proficiency in Arabic and English is required, enabling effective communication with diverse stakeholders
