Job summary

AlFuttaim is seeking an HR Assistant to support day-to-day human resources operations for the Al‑Futtaim Education Foundation's schools in Dubai. Responsibilities include maintaining employee records, coordinating recruitment, managing attendance, and ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, and familiarity with UAE labor laws. The role promotes a positive work environment and collaboration within the team.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in HR administration or school-based HR support preferred.
• Familiarity with UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update accurate employee records, HR files, and databases.
• Prepare HR documentation including offer letters, contracts, and reference checks.
• Track attendance, leave balances, and probationary periods for all employees.
• Support recruitment activities including posting job vacancies, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
• Facilitate onboarding for new hires, ensuring completion of orientation and access to systems.
