Job summary

Sharebite, a leading food ordering platform for companies, is seeking an HR Operations professional in Dubai to own end-to-end screening, onboarding, payroll processing for hourly staff, and timesheet reconciliation. You will partner with the Head of HR on L&D initiatives and serve as a liaison for onsite associates across multiple sites, ensuring accurate payroll and compliant HR practices.

This role requires strong organization, discretion, and clear communication in a fast-paced, high-volume

Qualifications

• 2-4+ years in HR, recruiting, or people operations.
• Experience handling sensitive matters with discretion.
• Experience with high-volume hourly/non-exempt workforce.
• Strong organizational skills and communication.

Requirements

• 2-4+ years of HR, recruiting, or people operations experience
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Professional maturity and discretion in handling sensitive matters
• Comfort working with a high-volume, hourly/non-exempt workforce
• Strong communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with HRIS platforms like BambooHR
• Familiarity with payroll and PEO systems like Sequoia or PrismHR
• Knowledge of HR-related tax and compliance matters
• Experience supporting a distributed or multi-site hourly workforce
• Exposure to applicant tracking systems (ATS)
