HR Assistant / HR Executive / HR Coordinator Role Description We are seeking an organized, proactive, and versatile HR Assistant / HR Executive / HR Coordinator to support core HR operations, coordinate end-to-end employee lifecycle activities, and drive positive employee engagement across the organization. In this entry-to-mid level role, you will work closely with HR Managers, Talent Acquisition Leads, Payroll Specialists, and Business Unit Leaders to maintain accurate HR records and deliver smooth operational workflows. You will be responsible for handling onboarding and offboarding administration, managing talent acquisition logistics, supporting employee relations, and keeping HR databases audit-ready. Success in this position requires excellent interpersonal communication, strict confidentiality when handling personal data, proficiency with modern HRIS and spreadsheet tools, and a structured, service-oriented approach to workplace administration.
Responsibilities include coordinating recruitment schedules, administering employee benefits and leave records, assisting with monthly payroll inputs, executing employee orientation sessions, and addressing day-to-day staff inquiries regarding company HR policies.
Education: Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
HR Operations & Lifecycle Management: Proven understanding of generalist HR functions, including end-to-end recruitment support, onboarding execution, offboarding logistics, and employee documentation.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Support: Experience posting job openings on modern talent portals (e.g., Linked In, Indeed, Job Street), screening resumes against job criteria, scheduling interviews, and managing applicant pipelines.
HRIS & Digital Systems: Practical experience using Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) for record maintenance and reporting (e.g., Bamboo HR, Workday, Zoho HR, or Success Factors).
Payroll & Benefits Coordination: Basic familiarity with payroll inputs, attendance tracking, leave balance reconciliation, and claims administration to support finance and payroll teams.
Spreadsheet Proficiency & Reporting: Intermediate-to-advanced skills in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIFS) for generating headcount, turnover, and operational HR reports.
Labor Law & Compliance Awareness: Working knowledge of local employment laws, statutory benefit standards, labor regulations, and record retention requirements.
