Role Description

We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented HR Compliance Officer / Staffing Officer to oversee HR compliance activities, workforce administration, and staffing coordination. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that human resource practices comply with applicable employment laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements while supporting effective recruitment, employee management, and workforce allocation.

Key responsibilities include monitoring HR policies and procedures, maintaining employee records, reviewing employment contracts, coordinating recruitment and onboarding processes, and ensuring accurate personnel documentation. The role also involves monitoring labor law compliance, supporting internal HR audits, identifying potential compliance risks, preparing workforce reports, and assisting with employee-related matters. The officer will collaborate with HR teams and department managers to assess manpower requirements, coordinate staffing arrangements, monitor workforce availability, and ensure efficient allocation of human resources. Additional responsibilities include maintaining compliance documentation, supporting HR policy implementation, monitoring employee attendance, and recommending improvements to HR administration and staffing procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
