We are looking for a passionate Onboarding Manager with strong experience in managing high-volume onboarding operations and delivering an exceptional employee onboarding experience. You should also have proven experience in stakeholder management, coordinating with HR, hiring managers, government entities, and external vendors while ensuring onboarding activities are completed accurately and within agreed timelines. Will be responsible for leading and managing high-volume employee onboarding activities, ensuring a seamless and efficient onboarding experience for new hires while coordinating with multiple internal and external stakeholders for our client based in Abu Dhabi—one of the largest companies in the region.

This position is a 12-month contract role and is renewable.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end onboarding for a high volume of new hires across multiple business units.

Experience within large corporate, government, or semi-government organizations is an advantage.
