Job summary

Oneroad Group in Dubai is seeking an HR Assistant to support day-to-day HR operations, onboarding, and policy dissemination. You will coordinate with departments to ensure smooth onboarding and serve as the first point of contact for HR matters.

The role involves assisting recruitment, payroll coordination, and adherence to UAE employment regulations, with exposure to HRIS and MS Office tools. A 2–3 year UAE HR background is desirable.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, BA, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of HR experience, UAE preferred.
  • Experience in HR administration, recruitment, onboarding, and lifecycle management.
  • Familiarity with UAE HR laws and payroll exposure.
  • Proficiency with HRIS and MS Office.

ABOUT THE JOB
  • Assist with the day-to-day operations and activities of the Human Resources department
  • Prepare HR-related reports, memos, letters, correspondence, and other documentation as required
  • Provide newly hired employees with information regarding company policies, procedures, workplace practices, and relevant HR processes
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure new employees have a smooth transition into the organization
  • Serve as a first point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and general workplace matters
  • Respond to employee queries professionally and in a timely manner
  • Assist the HR Manager in handling employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and workplace concerns
  • Support the full recruitment cycle, from job posting and candidate sourcing through interview coordination and offer management
  • Coordinate monthly payroll inputs, including new joiners, resignations, salary changes, leave, deductions, and other employee-related adjustments
  • Support compliance with applicable UAE employment laws and internal HR policies
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 2-3 years of HR experience, preferably within the UAE
  • Good understanding of UAE HR practices and employment regulations
  • Experience in HR administration, recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management
  • Exposure to payroll processes and employee benefits administration
  • Familiarity with HRIS or other HR management systems
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
