Job summary

Our client in the UAE oil and gas sector plans to hire an HR & Admin Officer to support site and office operations. This permanent role focuses on efficient HR processes, smooth administration, and strong compliance with UAE labor regulations in a fast-paced industrial setting.

You will handle recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, visa processing, payroll inputs, and HR records using systems like Oracle or SAP.

Qualifications

• Recruitment support for factory and office staff.
• Onboarding and offboarding including joining formalities, orientation, contract generation and exit interviews.
• Handle site-level employee relations, engagement and safety-focused initiatives.
• Maintain confidential HR files and track leaves and medical requests.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates, screen CVs, and coordinate on-site interviews.
• Process visas, work permits, and ID renewals with PRO.
• Track attendance, process overtime, and prepare payroll inputs.
• Ensure compliance with UAE Federal Labor Law and internal safety guidelines.
• Oversee office administration and facilities management.
