Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and at least one year in housekeeping, with supervisory experience in a hotel.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Supervise housekeeping team to maintain high cleaning and presentation standards.
• Conduct inspections of guest rooms, corridors, and public areas.
• Allocate work, monitor productivity, and ensure timely task completion.
• Handle guest requests promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
• Train and coach team members to foster a positive work environment.
• Monitor supplies and inventory, report shortages, and assist with control.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies and safety regulations.
• Support deep cleaning and peak periods as needed.
• Report maintenance issues to Engineering for upkeep.
