Job summary

Hyatt Centric Jumeirah Dubai is seeking a Team Leader - Front Office to guide daily shift activities, ensure guest service excellence, and uphold Hyatt brand standards across all guest touchpoints.

You will lead and train a diverse front office team, oversee check‑in and check‑out, manage guest requests and VIP arrivals, resolve issues promptly, balance cashiering, and collaborate with Housekeeping and other departments to deliver seamless experiences in a fast‑paced Dubai setting.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years Front Office experience within a hotel, including supervisory responsibilities.
• Experience with an international hotel brand is advantageous.
• Knowledge of Opera PMS or similar property management systems.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the Hyatt brand promise and provide exceptional guest service at all times.
• Lead and supervise Front Office operations during assigned shifts, ensuring seamless guest experiences.
• Welcome guests, anticipate needs, and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.
• Handle inquiries, requests, and complaints with satisfactory resolution and follow-up.
• Ensure efficient check-in/check-out, room allocation, cashiering, and guest service procedures.
• Support VIP arrivals, special requests, group bookings, and guest recognition programs.
• Maintain accurate guest profiles and reservation details in hotel systems.
• Monitor room inventory and status in coordination with Housekeeping and other departments.
• Ensure standards and guest experience initiatives are implemented consistently.
• Assist in training, coaching, and motivating Front Office colleagues.
• Maintain grooming, punctuality, and adherence to hotel policies.
• Support revenue generation through upselling and promotion of services.
• Prepare and balance cashier transactions per financial procedures.
• Foster strong relationships with all hotel departments for effective teamwork.
