Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience as a professional painter in hospitality.
• Knowledge of surface preparation, color matching, paint application.
• Ability to work at height and with standard painting tools.
• English required; Arabic language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Carry out painting and surface finishing in guest rooms, corridors and public spaces.
• Inspect surfaces for peeling paint, cracks, stains, moisture, and defects.
• Prepare areas by protecting floors and furniture before painting.
• Clean, sand, fill, smooth, and prime surfaces prior to coating.
• Repair minor wall/ceiling defects to create a solid base.
• Mix and match colors to maintain consistency with hotel finishes.
• Apply coatings using brushes, rollers, spray equipment and tools.
• Coordinate painting schedules with Engineering and Housekeeping.
• Plan work to reduce noise and guest disruption; respond to urgent requests.
