Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform painting, repainting, touch‑up and finishing work in guest rooms and corridors.
• Maintain painted surfaces across restaurants, banquet areas and public spaces.
• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding and scraping before painting.
• Fill cracks and apply primers; match colors to resort standards.
• Use brushes, rollers and spray equipment as required; identify defects and perform corrective repairs.
• Inspect areas regularly to identify maintenance needs and plan work with minimal disruption.
