Qualifications

• Certificate or Diploma in Painting, Building Maintenance, Construction, or related field is preferred.
• Experience painting hotel interiors/exteriors is a plus.
• Good knowledge of painting techniques and finishing methods.
• Ability to work with different paints, coatings, and tools.
• Health, safety and environmental procedures should be understood.
