Job summary

Rixos Hotels is seeking a diligent Storekeeper to manage the hotel stores, inventory, and stock movements, ensuring accurate receiving, storage, and issuing of goods in line with procurement and safety standards.

The role requires at least 2 years in storekeeping or similar roles, preferably in hospitality, with strong knowledge of stock control and cost management. Candidate should maintain high standards of organization and work collaboratively across departments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience as Storekeeper, Inventory, Receiving, Cost Control, or similar role.
• Knowledge of stock control and cost management is essential.
• Experience in hotel or resort operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, record, and distribute goods to departments and storage areas.
• Maintain accurate records of stock movements and deliveries.
• Control central stores and ensure proper storage and issuance of goods.
• Process orders through the hotel's procurement system and coordinate replenishment.
• Conduct regular inventory and stock counts and resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and food safety requirements.
